Liz LaManche

Liz LaManche is a street artist and public artist with a background in architecture, graphic design and software design. Their public art projects enhance the experience of navigating the built environment and have a goal of creating beauty and meaning in our shared spaces.

LaManche has been a 3-time winner of the Boston Public Space Invitational, and has created murals for Google, Oxfam America and many local cities and towns. With a degree in Architecture from Yale University, advised by ornamentalist Kent Bloomer, LaManche taught design at Tufts University and consulted to the MIT Media Lab, and consults with cities and towns on creating welcoming, meaningful pedestrian spaces using art and design, color, and wayfinding.
